- We have well trained staff for receiving complaints from customers
- If the call is for a general enquiry, we shall provide answers provided to us suiting the query else will get back to customers with the answer within a stipulated time.
- Upon logging a call we will provide a resolution time for the customer after transferring the complaint to the relevant team
- We will also follow up with the team, supposed to provide resolution
- Once the resolution is not met as per agreed SLA, will be escalated to the next level.
- Upon resolution, will confirm with the customer, thereby close the call and provide the reports to the relevant organisation.
