Does your organisation lack people for taking complaints or queries from customers?

  •  We have well trained staff for receiving complaints from customers
  •  If the call is for a general enquiry, we shall provide answers provided to us suiting the query else will get back to customers with the answer within a stipulated time.
  •  Upon logging a call we will provide a resolution time for the customer after transferring the complaint to the relevant team
  •  We will also follow up with the team, supposed to provide resolution
  •  Once the resolution is not met as per agreed SLA, will be escalated to the next level.
  •  Upon resolution, will confirm with the customer, thereby close the call and provide the reports to the relevant organisation.
